Accountant – Alghanim Industries , Kuwait

Job Summary:
The primary role of the Accountant is to support the functional activities in accounting and reporting, this will include receivables & payable accounting, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, cash and banking accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supplier invoice processing and payments
Reconcile the bank accounts and customer accounts on a timely basis
Prepare monthly provisions/expenses/revenue for month closing process
Support supervisor in other daily accounting work
Assist supervisor for month closing process
Prepare reports for management for business decisions

Skills, knowledge & experience required:
A graduate in Accounting or Finance with good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Having a minimum experience of one year in the related function
Knowledge of MS Office , proficient in MS Excel
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic with ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an organization.
Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
Willing ness to accept additional assignments.
