Educational Qualifications
Graduate degree with at least 10 years of direct experience with airline ground handling in airport / airline operations. OR Undergraduate degree with at least 12 years of direct experience with airline ground handling in airport / airline operations.

Job Description
To develop, contribute to and agree service delivery standards internally and externally.
To monitor and report on performance against those standards and to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
Maintain productive relationships with our business partners on a corporate and field level in order to optimize financial and operational performance.
Establishing, maintaining and promoting effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
To ensure that all practices and processes are devised and implemented with customer perception foremost.
Accountable to maintain a team establishment without impact on operation integrity or performance.
Identify re-occurring trends from the shifts through an effective management system and ensure corrective action is taken.
Develop and implement cost effective and performance focused strategies related to the contracting of third party ground handling and airport ancillary support services.
Play a role in corporate positioning for the projected growth in the third party contracting space.

Ensure that all services are being performed in accordance with the contracted terms and operational expectations. Support Senior Management in the day to day operation, administrative coordination and financial compliance of all contracted services.
Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies.
Work with Finance to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies, export controls etc. May include ‘financial engineering’ and understanding / evaluating economic impact of terms and term options.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance.
Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
Ensure that safety is never compromised whilst fully complying with the Safety Policy at workplace.
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
Any other reasonable duty as requested.
