Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst – Nesma , Jeddah , Saudi Arabia

Job Description
Develop the Group’s FP&A activities, processes, procedures and templates.
Drive the budget, forecast and long term plans for the business divisions, corporate and all overheads.
Prepare financial management reporting including monthly reviews with corporate management teams and detailed review with the subsidiaries Leadership teams.
Participate in the expense management initiatives by partnering with subsidiaries’ finance heads and overhead leadership to manage expense line-items and partner with procurement to spearhead expense reduction projects.
Assist in the capital expenditure review and planning process.
Align strategic initiatives to long range plans and prepare divisional and corporate scorecards.
Provide support and guidance to all entities in the Group to ensure standardization and consistency in forecast projections, reporting and processes.
Support Subsidiaries’ CFOs and finance managers in coordinating and managing monthly project and business reviews.
Prepare reports and presentations for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
Perform ad hoc projects for the Group CFO, Corporate team and subsidiaries on an as needed basis.

Skills
3+ years of financial, planning and business experience including progressively finance planning and analysis roles in top Companies. Middle East finance experience is preferred.
Well-balanced executive with sound, common-sense business judgment and strategic insight.
A high level of business acumen and the drive to keep on top of the relevant business issues.
An exceptional leader and team builder. A track record of influencing and developing a high-performing team of professionals.
Strong critical-thinking skills, superior communication and presentation skills with an ability to set the highest standards for honesty, integrity, and work ethic both for themselves and for those around them.

Project management skills, from initial idea through execution.
In-depth experience with large-scale ERP systems
