Key Account Manager – Ash Sharqiyah – Saudi Arabia – Randstad

Job description
The successful candidate will spearhead business development activities for the entire group across Saudi Arabia, nurture existing clients and expand client base. This is a new role for the company.

Will look after the organization established clients like Aramco, Sabic, SEC, Sadaf, big petrochemical companies, basically well-known and big entities in Saudi Arabia and create a long lasting client relationship.
Highlight major market & client issues and concerns to company stakeholders, defuse and resolve any concerns and improve client relations
The role is strategic in nature. Will work very closely with multiple stakeholders, particularly all General Managers of all 5 divisions of the organization.
Will work very closely with the sales teams of each of the divisions to increase client base
Focus on high value, low business volume of business, targeting few, high-net-worth clients
key accounts, sales, business development

Someone with at least 10 years business development experience
Will be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia and will require travelling
Track record of business development, achieving targets, high value- low volume business
Someone who could create immediate sales and has a knack in business development
Someone with extensive business development experience in Saudi Arabia particularly top government, semi-government and private entities in different industries particularly in the EPC, oil & gas and industrial space
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Can work well with multiple stakeholders
