Senior Account Manager – Zain – Riyadh – Saudi Arabia

The jobs in this level are responsible for performing complex analysis on key account statistics and managing internal process improvement. Jobs are also responsible for assisting in developing sales strategies and maintaining relationship with key clients for retention purposes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year in a similar role

Compliance:

Implement and suggest improvements to the Key Account Management policies and procedures

Team Management:

Supervise and coach team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and provide improvement recommendations as required

Key Account Management:

Coordinate with Regulatory and Legal Affairs for signing agreements and contracts

Review customer trends and develop initiatives aimed at delivering increased traffic by assuring maximum connectivity between hub members

Assist in monitoring key account management budgets ensuring these are effectively utilized for increasing Zain’s sales

Assist in maintaining relationships with large corporations, government, strategic accounts, SOHOs and SMEs for retention purposes

Assist in monitoring the development and renewal of contract and compensation scheme for retention purposes

Assist in developing sales strategies, plans and site sharing deals for all national mobile network operators, virtual operators, data services providers and internet services providers, etc. in order to sell network services and increase profit margin

Partner with relevant marketing stakeholders to ensure update on all current/future client requirements and ensure these are taken in to account for product/service development

Manage internal process improvement related projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior

Assist in negotiating and continuously reviewing roaming and international tariff agreements with hubs for accounting rates, foreign operators and administrations to reduce the accounting rates weighted average

Perform moderately complex analysis on key account statistics and participate in developing sales and key account management reports, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role

Assist in supporting compliance to Marketing requirements through working closely with the Marketing roaming team

Assist in reviewing progress and sales performance reports for assigned accounts on regular basis in order to update management on the progress

Assist in enhancing the services sales strategy and influencing new product/service development and ensuring delivery of tailored solutions

Perform visits to the assigned accounts

Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to expand Zain portfolio in the designated account
