With an excellent reputation and location in Buckhead, we’re able to offer a great opportunity for restaurant managers to gain valuable experience running a high volume restaurant in a laid back atmosphere. As a manager, some of your responsibilities are included below but not limited to: – Ensure every guest is treated in a manner that meets Bucket Shop Café standards – Coordinate and oversee front and back of house restaurant operations – Front and back of house scheduling – Recruit, interview and hire job candidates – Food and beverage menu ideation – Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations – Train and develop new and existing staff – Minimize waste and control costs – Social media promotion – Inventory tracking and ordering – Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions Benefits included but not limited to: – Independently owned — you always have direct access to ownership – Freedom to make decisions and run the restaurant without going through corporate channels – 5 days, 48-50 hour work weeks – Consecutive days off – Competitive salary – Laid back, fun environment – Paid vacation – Free Meals Hours of Shifts: Open: 8am-6pm (Monday-Saturday), 8:30am-5pm (Sunday) Close: 6pm-3am (Monday-Saturday), 5pm-12am (Sunday) We are rapidly growing and opportunities for promotion are available with expansion.
