To support Etihad’s global marketing campaigns with end-to-end digital media planning and biddable/programmatic media activation. Responsibilities include media planning for global, regional, and local marketing planning across a number of business objectives providing an expert point of view on digital media best practice and demonstrate strong knowledge of marketing technology. Programmatic and biddable media planning and execution will also be a key deliverable supporting marketing budgets ranging from $3k to $100k+.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (specialization in Marketing would be a distinct advantage)
Minimum 5 years’ experience with background in digital media planning
Develop marketing plans and campaigns for assigned region/market by collaborating with other departments to delivery against set annual marketing objectives
Input local market insights to help the central marketing teams to develop appropriate overall strategies and campaigns
Manage the roll out of centrally-led marketing campaigns (brand awareness and tacticals) within the assigned region/market ensuring brand consistence, quality, cost parameters and timeframes
Lead the delivery of joint marketing campaigns with tourism partners in the assigned region/market
Support initiatives which help stretch joint marketing funds with key trade partners and improve marketing ROI
Support the activation of key sponsorship assets for the assigned region/market by integrating with the Sponsorship dept.
Support social media content distribution across a number of social media platforms
Work with Etihad Enterprise Analytics to deliver campaign reporting and insights
Respond to marketing briefs with media plans and rational to support marketing objectives
Manage administrative and accounting procedures to ensure the accurate and timely execution of the processes
Prepare and present report to senior management on local Marketing KPIs to ensure the accurate and timely communication of results and contribution to business growth
Plan and deliver A/B testing with robust rational and present findings to the wider marketing team.
