We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Cargo team. Cargo Delivery Supervisor will liaise with the Area Manager, GHA/GSAs and other service providers on performance related issues. Guide and direct third party providers on day to day operational matters and performance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Diploma (2 years or more). Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience within relevant field.

Establish and maintain close working relationships with the service providers, ramp handlers, GSAs, commercial teams and airport management for providing sufficient resources to achieve KPIs.
Load and establish best practices to ensure all flights are maximized to their capacity and conduct review of processes and procedures for improvement of service delivery such as reduction in UTLs, operational discrepancies and offloads.
Responsible for service delivery of the stations through SGHA/SLA’s and Cargo IQ measurements. Identify areas of improvement with Area Manager and third party providers.
Responsible for the oversight of cargo operations to include GHA ramp interface/ supervision of freighter/charter operations to drive and improve OTP.
Conduct regular inspection on the facilities to ensure work progress and services complies with all regulatory requirements for Safety (under SMS guidelines) Security and Dangerous Goods regulations and compliance with Etihad procedures.
Coordinate with officials and government bodies to ensure smooth processing of Etihad cargo in line with all current legislation and regulations.
