About the job:
Working as part of a small team, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Qatar Executive ground handling operation. You will provide the highest standard of customer service to premium VIP and VVIP passengers ensuring a memorable and stress-free experience. You will promptly and effectively respond to requests, provide lounge service excellent and ensure work efficiency in the ramp and baggage handling areas.
Specific accountabilities include:
Liaising with customers and their representatives in an extraordinary manner to ensure premium first class service
Liaising with Ground Handling team (General Aviation) to ensure a seamless operation
Ensuring the aircraft has received all services requested
Providing lounge services to passengers, crew and representatives
Organising baggage screening and processing with porters
Liaising with MOI and Security to ensure safe, effective and secure processing of VIP passengers

About you:
To be effective in this role, you will need a trade or vocational qualification combined with three years of relevant experience with one year in premium service provision. Prior experience within the aviation industry would be well regarded. You must be fluent in English.
