EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Diploma (2 years or more). Health & Safety, Emergency management, Occupational Health and Safety certificates, trainings, acquired qualifications are preferred .
Minimum of 3 year of experience within relevant field .

Follow all relevant health & safety related policies & procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner in compliance with set rules and guidelines
Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures
Safety, Quality & Environment
Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Contribute in developing, implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures to ensure compliance of all departments with internal / external regulations
Conduct, document and report occupational health & safety inspections, investigations and risk assessments and coach line managers and workforce on improvements required.
Execute internal health, safety and occupational risk assessments, audit, investigations and inspections to ensure adoption of internal procedures, risk exposure reduction and compliance with regulations
Report to management in relation of recurring controls? results and vulnerability analyses to ensure timely and accurate communication and adoption of preventive and corrective actions
Coordinate and monitor execution of recurring and ad hoc controls of staff, buildings, catering facilities to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and maintenance of the HACCP system
Review parameters and KPIs and communicate them to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely adoption of corrective actions in case of urgency and to address potential risks
Prepare, schedule and execute periodical checks of food and/or cleaning and pest control activities to ensure compliance with regulations
Review information collected during periodical checks and share them with relevant stakeholders to timely identify potential risks and corrective actions to reduce risk exposure
Monitor update and maintenance of records and mandatory documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Participate in developing, implementing and monitoring the internal emergency management system, policies and procedures to contribute to the timely and effective management of emergencies in compliance with national and international legal framework
Identify, analyse and report emergencies and coordinate initial support to ensure timely management and resolution of incidents
Develop, update and monitor implementation of business continuity plans to ensure reduction of business impacts in case of major incidents
Support in developing, implementing and monitoring Occupational Health and Safety programs to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations
