Manage business intelligence and data analysis teams and liaise with IT department to ensure the development of analyses, research and reporting tools to support decision making process. Apply gap analyses techniques and make recommendations to stakeholders for off target performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 year experience in relevant field if with Degree, or minimum of 7 years’ experience in relevant field if no Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy: Implement the Function/Department strategy to ensure alignment with Company strategy
Policies and Procedures:Implement relevant policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Day-to-day Operations:Manage the day-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
Safety, Quality and Environment:Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in developing data management and reporting frameworks to steamroll the operations in the most effective and efficient manner
Select and lead the design and implementation of data analysis tools to ensure the organization has access to best in class data mining and reporting technologies
Lead the development of business HR KPIs and dashboards to provide relevant indicators and performance measurement and reporting capabilities
Identify and manage data integrity and protection issues not impacting sensitive information to ensure the enforcement of proper data security procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution
Identify and escalate data quality and protection issues impacting sensitive data to ensure they are properly and timely managed
Lead the execution of strategic researches and analyses to ensure high quality standards, completeness and compliance with analysis procedures and data integrity
Review and define complex action plans to support business functions in scenarios implementation
Design implementation roadmaps and plans to support business functions in detailing and executing identified actions
Provide direction and recommendation through analytical analysis, to steer the business to identified revenue opportunities
Lead the implementation of HR Analytics framework within the Digital Workforce Environment implementing best in class tools like Successfactors Workforce Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
