About Your Job:
As Menu Grid Controller You will be responsible on controling and maintaining menu grid and specification. Also providing proper menu grid information and data to production team, as schedule approved by executive chef.
Receiving from customer any menu updates RFC (request for change) and inform production team about it.

About You:
A trade or vocational Qualification is required.
You should have 3 years experience with Flight Catering units or 5 stars Hotel, good organizational skills and hold a certificate in computer applications – MS Office.
You shoud be fluent in English language, both written and oral & have ability to work under pressure.
