In this role you will be Accountable for the successful management and delivery of commercial projects aligned to commercial and strategic priorities. Responsible for driving transformational change and striving for innovative ways of working and processes. Accountable for developing capabilities and processes that enable all commercial management teams to proactively monitor their own compliance standards

Main accountabilities include:
Develop and recommend Commercial projects that deliver on business strategy and drive commercial transformation
Establish project objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives
Identify new methodologies, approaches and innovative ways of working and Agile Sprint methods
Accountable for the successful management and delivery of commercial transformation projects to support business objectives
Ensure team provides PMO support to all relevant commercial projects by establishing relationships with senior stakeholders in the Regions and RM
Ensure the Regions and teams in Sales and Distribution work together to define ways of working to enable effective collaboration
Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives
Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.

Shortlisted candidates must have:
Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
Project management experience
Experience managing complex, transformational projects
Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members
