The role::
Qatar Airways are currently seeking a number of experienced Tailors to become part of our 5 Star operation in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the world’s fastest growing airline.
Your responsibility as a tailor within Qatar Airways Uniforms Department would be to alter, repair and create clothing according to customers needs.
We are looking for highly skilled individuals who can work to the highest standard in a fast paced environment. The role will be dealing with our female staff members.
About You::
As a tailor you will alter garments and join parts using needle or tread, using sewing machine, to form finished garments. Pressing finished goods and removing chalk marks so that garments are ready to wear for the customer at pick up. Maintaining sewing area in a clean and tidy state at all times. Provides and maintains the highest standard of guest care at all times.
Experience:
You will need to be high school qualified with a minimum 5 years of job-related experience in stitching high end garments. Previous experience in apparel uniform tailoring is desirable.
