We are currently recruiting for a ACD Commercial Coordinator for our trusted client to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
SALES AND REPORTS
Key user on Boost and SAP / Raising POs/ Preparing Credit Notes / Managing BU diary
Preparing the DAILY SALES REPORT for ACD DIVISION
For LUAE MANCOME, Field team & Medical Team
Month closing files
Upload the same on Master Data file (Star Report)
Making sure all Credit/ Debit notes are updated on the tracker
Back up Scanned copies of all Credit notes
Following up for Tax CN and forwarding the same to customers
Calculating the achievement of the customer’s Quarter wise
Validating with Line Manger & Controller
Coordinating with Customer for achievement, and following up for Tax Invoices
Making sure to recheck the figure’s before raising the CN
Uploading & Tracking on Share drive, sharing it with the team on weekly basis
Back up of the Promo sales report
Back up of Sale incentives report
Tracking and back up of Audit documents
Coordinating on Contracts with Legal and the team
Coordinating for approvals FC/ CFO / MD
