To assist Division Head with data gathering, booking of conference room for meetings of the entire Division and act as coordinator for the Division members and act as a single point of contact between them & various departments
Key Result Areas:
Provide Secretarial assistance and support to Division Head.
Organize meetings & schedule appointments for the entire Division.
Organize local & overseas business travel arrangements.
Maintaining proper records and filing of documents.
Assisting new joinees for setting up PCs, e-mail, software applications.
Provide information, assistance and support whenever required by Division members.
Ensuring adequate stock of stationary and grocery
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proficient in MS office / Outlook
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar job.
Good communication skills & detail oriented
Bachelor’s degree.
