To achieve the app installs and direct traffic growth targets for Qatar Airways app and website by analyzing traffic acquired through various sources and creating and implementing strategies to shift user behaviour to come directly to app and website. The role will be fundamental to grow direct traffic sustainably and cost effectively reducing the dependency on paid marketing channels.
Ensure a high degree of digital brand awareness and digital brand recall to drive direct traffic to the website. Work across departments to ensure optimal exposure and easy accessibility to direct digital channels, website and app.
Increase app penetration among website visitors, increase traffic to the app and decrease app uninstalls Design communication and features enabling website visitors from paid channels to come directly to Qatar Airways websites.
Design strategies to increase app-installs by website visitors.
Plan and execute app-install campaigns outside owned channels.
Design strategies to drive more traffic to the app.
Increase users engagement and decrease app uninstalls.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Own and lead the direct traffic domain to remain on top of trends and technologies.
Identify and fulfil any relevant training needs within the HO and regional teams.
Source, evaluate and contract technology vendors, online media partners and agencies.
Qualification and Experience:
In order to be able to perform in this role you will must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
Conversion optimization, app-management, digital marketing experience in customer acquisition, app-install campaigns, building traffic funnels.
Indepth knowledge of digital marketing, digital campaign development and website conversion optimization.
