Assistant / Product Manager, Digital Lending Products – Unsecured – Commercail Bank of Dubai , UAE

Job Purpose:
Prepare and execute unsecured assets strategy for PBG with focus on profitable high yielding assets growth by effectively developing, rolling out and managing products and segment strategy through successful delivery of products and services.

Principal Accountabilities:
Revenue: Responsible for P&L of the product/segment and ensuring CBD remains competitive in banking products and services in the covered segments and markets with the objective to maximize sales, revenue, and profitability.
Product-Services Development: Develop and launch new/revamp products and propositions to enhance PBG and AAI penetration, profitability, brand awareness and market share
Portfolio Management: Analyse portfolio behaviour in order to and implement effective and targeted marketing programs designed to attract additional business.
a. Yield/Revenue analysis at Product/Segment level
b. Reduce attrition
c. Determine segment product performance
d. Identify revenue / cost reduction opportunities
e. Customer retention and loyalty program to minimize attrition
f. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes and monitor achievement on periodic base

Digital Product Management
a. Digital Product On boarding
i. Enhance and design customer centric Digital Products roadmap and prioritize both business and customer needs.
ii. On-board and Manage 3rd party variable acquisition channels for Digi loans
iii. Continuously review and enhance Product on boarding journeys in the fastest and most seamless way keeping customer in mind
b. Digital Servicing
i. Work with Client Engagement team to review monitor customer feedback across different digital channels i.e. complaints, enhancement, suggestion and create “voice of digital customer” forum in liaison with Client Engagement team
c. Digital marketing, communication, adoption and engagement
i. Work with product leads and marketing to monitor and improve digital marketing plan/calendar for various strategic focus products like digital personal loans, digital mortgages, BaaS initiatives etc.
ii. Ensure readiness of various marketing collaterals, timely execution of marketing calendar of various digital marketing campaigns.
Strategic: Assist Head of the unit in developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve Sales, Revenue and Profit targets.
Building the overall strategy for the divisions, revenue models and delivery channel and coordinate in preparation of annual Balance sheet forecasts and profit and loss estimates. Works closely with Head of Sales and Branches to establish product sales targets for all channels and segments.
Responsible for establishing product sales targets and business objectives for each product working with Head of Personal Banking to develop products for distribution via multi-channel to support segmentation strategy
Process Reengineering: Responsible for business process and functionality via each channel to ensure customer and staff experience with originating product sales is “user friendly” and cost effective.
Competition and Market Watch: Ensure ongoing increase in market share and sustainable growth rate in the markets, conduct gap analysis and continually improve our products and channels delivery responsible for increasing Market share for PBG Assets
Support Unit Management: Develop seamless relationships with all key stakeholders (Sales, Risk, Legal & Compliance, IT & Operations, Marketing, and Business Quality) in order to ensure smooth launch of new products and propositions. Lead internal and cross-functional teams to solve business problems
Training: Ensure adequate product training is provided to sales / distribution channels and service units on regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
Minimum MBA (preferably in Marketing, Strategy and Finance)
7+ years in Banking, assets product management, asset sales in reputed financial institutions with a proven track record of high performer
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in a dynamic and fast environment
