Client Business Partner – Aramex , Saudi Arabia

Works with Aramex Senior Leadership team to develop strategies resulting in greater customer experience and performance
Identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship with key account through value impact on the customer’s operations, among others through cost optimization, on-time delivery and value-added solutions
Drive and accelerate business results by investing in continuous improvement on the people, process and technology front and adopting best in class practices and trends
Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers and executive members
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Aramex solutions according to our customers objectives / timelines / expectations
Forecast and track key account metrics and develop reports on a monthly basis
Collaborate with Aramex product / service leaders to identify and grow new opportunities within territories
Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets of assigned accounts
Create an environment that encourages a high-performance culture to emerge
Build and strengthen internal capabilities through learning and development interventions, to bridge gaps in skills and knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Pharmaceutical Science
4-7 years’ experience in key account management within the logistics and transportation sector
Previous experience on managing Pharma/Healthcare account.
Previous experience with multi-national preferred (US / Europe based highly regarded)
Strong English language skills are required for this role; additional languages are preferred given the nature of this global role.
Practical experience with established sales methodologies (e.g. solution selling, value-based selling, challenger sales)
