Key Focus areas;
1) Commercial structure design, deployment and governance
2) Implementation of performance model in the country and influencing commercial decisions based on sales Analytics and insights.
3) Sales Enablement (sales tool box), and capabilities
4) Commercial central rollouts and campaigns
Support execution of all Commercial initiatives within the country, following the direction provided by the Commercial Excellence Function
Ensure that platforms & systems provide the support & flexibility needed by the Commercial & Marketing stakeholders
Administer the design of dashboards to track sales force effectiveness, program efficacy, and ensure the adoption of sales automation tools (salesforce.com)
Examine and analyze reporting from across the country to analyze trends and suggest potential improvements, best practices, and unseen opportunities or risks.
Support the Commercial Excellence Function in Leading a portfolio of initiatives, building consensus and driving the adoption of best practices, capabilities and tools that collectively make Commercial Excellence a differentiating core competency, supporting exceptional customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and the acquisition, development and retention of outstanding sales and talent
Co-ordinate, Participate and Liaise with other regional Commercial teams, sharing best practices, representing and advocating for the country in the context of the overall Aramex strategies
Monitor projects / tasks / initiatives within the country that support opportunity identification and the development of metrics used to measure our success.
Skills and Competencies
Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives – Results Oriented
Strong work ethic and Customer Centric mindset
Project Management proficiency desirable
Adaptable, strong team player with outstanding communication skills and ability to work with all functional areas (Cross Functional Relationship Management)
Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes
Ability to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business
Experience in improvements in forecasting, sales force sizing, dashboard design and implementation desirable
Business Acumen and Industry Knowledge desirable
Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft office and other tools, to deliver key accountabilities
English language proficiency. Additional Language will be advantageous
