Corporate Land Freight Team Leader – Aramex , UAE

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure and maintain product updates, reports and KPIS periodically circulated and published to all stakeholders. Maintain supplier’s records, contracts, rates agreements in accordance with Legal, accounting and land Hub team.

Job Responsibilities:
Procure Trucking Suppliers and special equipment Suppliers and maintain contracts.
Monthly invoices reconciliation with vendors and Accounting.
Collect stations yearly C&D freight charges in cases of changes and ensure special and general C&D Land freight rates are circulated
Ensure stations update their Land freight operational procedures annually and update same in intranet, aramex website and circulated by emails
Handle publications related to Land freight
Ensure regularly circulars pertaining to freight operations are published on directory whenever needed
Facilitate the flow on information horizontally and vertically
Respond to the station inquiries regarding freight, system, directory issues
Collect monthly production figures from stations and financial freight figures and ensure matching to avoid discrepancy are not reflected in the reports
Review stations Land freight performance and Operations procedures

Job Requirements (Experience and education):
Minimum 2 years in land freight , procurement
Communication skills
