Analyze Current processes through scientific approaches.
Perform Statistical and Analytical skills.
Implement best industry practices for warehouse and process design.
Lead facilities and layout designs using software (AutoCAD, Visio, 3D drawing software)
Research new technologies and warehouse automation, including sortation systems.
Select optimal solution / technology based on site requirements.
Lead technology discussions with multiple suppliers.
Ability to search for, communicate, negotiate and benchmark suppliers.
Ability to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
Lead System requirements with the digital team.
Follow up on current and future systems implementation.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent command of Microsoft office.
Strong Communication skills verbally and written.
Preferably Studied Industrial Engineering, Logistics or supply chain
4 to 6 years Operations experience in Facilities design, warehouse process flow, automation and technology.
Experience in implementing projects on ground.
Experience in Last mile Delivery operations (Preferable)
