Your tasks and responsibilities
Leads the “ZONE MESA FI OTC AR” function and reports to the Zone Order-to-Cash (OTC) Head
Steers and oversees the relevant tasks to perform the Zone OTC AR activities:
Responsible for all commercial aspects of managing accounts receivables and processing of complaints and disputes
Directly influences Cash with respective responsibilities, such as management of customer credit limits, accounts receivables
Point of contact for customer communication regarding invoices and overdue balances
Define Zone OTC AR processes, standards & guidelines on collection such as disputes, dunning, risk management – LOA, ToP Strategy
Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives A/R overdue reduction, DSO development, and Cash
Provides accurate collection volume forecast and ensures proper mitigation strategy to reach targets
Owns and drives the reduction in OWC for the Zone in close collaboration with stakeholders
Closely steers the country AR teams to optimize processes across the zone along with providing guidance on OWC reduction
Responsible for providing proposal to the management on old past dues and what strategies to implement to keep the BS clean and healthy
Creates and nurtures a strong AR community across the zone by setting up rules of engagement and optimum processes
Drives harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within the OTC AR process according to the global governance framework “OTC@Healthineers”; optimizes the Zone OTC AR set-up
Steers and governs customer interactions in the implementation phase; Interface with the Sales and Service organization as well as the “Order to Cash Contract Administration department” and BA/BLs organization
Develops team members and elevates their skillset(s) in order to address future challenges due to internal or external developments in OTC AR

Your qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience or equivalent
Practical/hands-on experience within the OTC credit & cash collections environment
Deep knowledge of ERP system (SAP), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
Good understanding of CRM (Sales & Service) and OTC processes to drive synergies within the OTC AR organization
Experience within governmental institutions would be helpful.
