Customer Solutions Analyst uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. They have responsibility for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support SCM planning and operations
Role and Responsibilities of the employee:
Gathers and interprets customer requirements and writes the Customer Requirements Specification document (CRS)
Process mapping skills
Writing Standard Operating Procedure document (SOP)
Work on reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse slotting, route planning)
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
Job Requirements (Experience and Education)
BSc degree in Engineering or business or equivalent degrees.
1-3 years of experience in the supply chain, e-commerce or express.
