Job Purpose
To support and drive the businesses and brands in implementing and maintaining an effective digital strategy, ensuring that digital excellence is baked into working practices to drive up Emirates digital maturity and quality of digital experience.
Job Accountabilities
Digital excellence
To ensure synergy and consistency of Emirates Group image and strategy across our digital channels. Ensuring the highest possible standard of digital experience for our customers that best represents the Emirates brand. Ensure that we are building the most appropriate digital experience that meets the customer and business needs through the right technology approach. Enable Emirates to be seen as a world class digital organisation
Product prioritisation
To work collaboratively with teams from across the business to prioritise scope and development capacity to deliver the best digital experience and return on investment. Review opportunities to deliver iterative product design that release value as early as possible to our customers and stakeholders. Work with colleagues from across Emirates to define and agree a long term vision and roadmap for you allocated product
Customer focus
To work with our UX Research and CCMB Insights team to build a strong understanding of customer needs that are used to build out product roadmaps, features and locked in scope to drive product / market fit.
Technology alignment
Work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders to deliver the most optimum digital experiences for our customers. Influencing IT to think in line with our customer needs and business stakeholders to understand technical constraints and opportunities to deliver products.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience :
Product Ownership / Product Management
5+ Years
Knowledge/Skills:
Experience as a Product Owner / Manager in a large Corporate organisation
Expertise in defining digital visions, roadmaps, prioritisation of product features and influencing stakeholders.
