To monitor the day-to-day activity on the e-business touchpoints and its overall performance to improve the user experience, increasing website traffic and online sales. This role is also responsible for assisting in day-to-day management of all projects related to web or mobile channels.
Key Result Responsibilities
Involve in day-to-day management of all projects related to the web or mobile channels with the appointed suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and successfully delivery of the projects in line with business goals.
Implement data-driven initiatives and segment-focused campaigns to offer personalized user experience and customer communication in line with the commercial goals.
Oversee management of website content to ensure that it is always up to date.
Oversee management of promotional banners and messages on the web and app channels to suit the commercial requirements from the different countries.
Perform continuous analysis of e-business channels through analytics and customer feedback tools to detect issues and find areas of improvements in the user experience.
Oversee and ensure the effective monitoring of online sales channels (website, mobile, applications etc) and analyse the weekly/monthly reports detailing online traffic and revenue contribution to identify issues/trends and recommend solutions.
Implement initiatives to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, increase online sales and improve customer experience.
Oversee the creation and management of marketing automation journeys to offer consistent message to the users through different digital touchpoints.
Oversee tag management solution to ensure successful implementation of new and existing tags while adding required triggers and variables.
Improve the website’s search engine rankings through latest SEO techniques.
Design and produce ad-hoc reports as requested by the management.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
Educated to a minimum of Bachelor Degree level
Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (Drupal, Sitecore).
Advanced knowledge of emailing and omnichannel systems and experience launching large scale campaigns.
Excellent command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel.
English speaker, Arabic is a plus
3-5 years’ experience in a similar position for a high traffic website.
Previous experience managing complex projects.
