E.DOCUMENT ASSISTANT – Gulf cable , Kuwait

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility to organize file structure, hierarchy and security in the document control system.
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility for electronic document distribution through workflows as per the user’s authorization.
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility for the procedure of implementation new / modified / cancelled etc. documents from departments
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility for saving/backups of old workflows etc.
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility to scan documents with appropriate indexing as per the requirement of the user’s department.
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility for quality control by checking quality of images and color consistency of the documents.
v Overall / Operational and maintaining responsibility for the data / document security from unauthorized users.
v Overall / Operational responsibility to provide ongoing support for the scanned documents and resolve complaints from users.
v Overall / Operational responsibility to provide technical & system (E. Doc.) support/training to the Senior & E.Doc coordinator.
v Overall / Operational responsibility for training to personnel/departments for the E. Doc. related software’s etc.
v Overall / Operational responsibility to maintain & updating documentations, filling records, reports, logs and correspondence.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
v University graduate in IT or equivalent study
v Minimum of 5 years as senior E. Doc. Coordinator with software developing / E. Doc. Related etc. / equivalent. Overall 10 years’ experience or eligibility.
v Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.
v Reasonable presentation skills and ability to provide/receive training.
v Reasonable written communication skills and Ability to work well within a team
