GOVERNMENT RELATIONS OFFICER – NESMA , Jeddah , Saudi Arabia

Job Description
Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to employees, vehicles and the Company itself, liaising with various Government Departments.
Maintains relationships with required departments within the ministries or offices of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Public Works, Civil Defense, STC, Water and Electricity, Chamber(s) of Commerce, Health, and Traffic so that any government-related transactions for the Company and employees are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
Keeping papers and documents in their files periodically, paper and electronically

Skills
High School or diploma is preferred.
3-5 years of working experience with government authorities
Good communication skills.
Familiar with MS-Office applications
