Your tasks and responsibilitie
a trusted advisor to the Siemens Healthcare Saudi Arabia with respect to legal matters.
You will provide strategic and operational guidance and contributes to the strategy and implementation of the Siemens Healthineers business in the Saudi Arabia.
You will mitigate legal risks and help business in the mitigation of commercial risks.
You will implement and perform key legal processes such as drafting, negotiating and settling commercial agreements, risk assessment and approval processes and where appropriate liaising with other members of the global Legal function.
You will provide legal advice/corporate secretarial work, including corporate documentations, board resolutions, appointment and dismissal of board members in close cooperation with shareholder controlling functions, alignment with local shareholder representatives, amendment and renewal of corporate licenses.
You will provide training and education to the business on relevant laws and business legal issues including Compliance relevant topics.
You will inform the Head of Legal & Compliance Zone MESA, the General Counsel EMEA-EAST (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and the Country management of areas which represent a legal or reputational risk.
You will be comfortable as a challenger to the management and to the business when appropriate.
You will demonstrate credibility in his/her participation at and advice to the board.
You will work collaboratively with Siemens Healthineers legal specialists in headquarters (including Zone) and the Siemens Healthineers global legal network.
You will live core values such as integrity, respect and reliability, and the Healthineers principles.
You need to be ready to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia and to UAE, other MESA countries and Germany.

Your qualifications and experience
Lawyers degree in Saudi law or from well-recognized jurisdiction.
A minimum of 5-7 years PQE either in a reputable law firm or as in-house legal counsel in multinational company.
Relevant work experience in the Healthcare- and/or life science/ pharma sector with strong focus on contract law for supply and service transactions, distributorship agreements, public procurement, complex project business (incl. PPP) as well as collaboration and research agreements is highly appreciated.
Ideally having knowledge of data privacy.
Ability to familiarize oneself with new legal fields impacting the Siemens Healthineers business.
Managing the Legal department (1 FTE) and leading legal policy in other stakeholders (e.g. Contract Management, Offer Department)
Excellent business acumen
