Healthcare Events Planning Specialist – Siemens – Riyadh – Saudi Arabia

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Align with Marketing and BLs to design your execution plan and timetable for the FY events, which will include:
Sponsorship events (Global Health, RSSA, SIRS, etc…)
Product launches and new innovations roadshows (AI tour, CT / MR Product launch, etc.)
Educational grants and HQ factory visits
Scientific workshops and conferences
C-level and thought-leadership events (VIP customer ceremonies, Executive Summit, Shape 202X, Value Promises workshops, Innovation Think Tanks, etc.)
Lead the execution and communication internally and externally (suppliers, customers, SFDA, etc.) for the above events based on SHS events guideline.
Manage suppliers and service providers (event’s organizers, booth manufacturers, venues, media, etc.) and align with Marketing to establish frame agreements where possible.
Manage the compliance reporting related to healthcare events i.e. PDT reporting
Manage Event Hub requests and ensure no event is organized without Event Hub ID#
Responsible for organizing a kick-off meeting for each event, including Marketing, BL, Compliance, and BPC for go/no-go decisions, cost centre allocation, scope, and budget.
Ensure SPODOM-related events are not initiated before an approved SPODOM request.
Coordinate with General Communication and HR to maintain continuous availability of working students (trainees) in the communications department.
Support General Communication (when needed) in company-related events (Strategy activation, Employee Engagements events, etc.)
Keep abreast knowledge of SHS portfolio and new innovations released in global events.
Attend global communications meetings i.e. (Cross-collaboration monthly calls, Content-lab, etc.)

Your Qualifications and Experience
BA in Business/Marketing, BS, and related fields.
Experience in events planning and events management is a must
Previous experience in Healthcare sector is a strong plus
Previous experience from 3-4 years in a similar role is a must
Maintain high level of communication skills is a must
Ability to travel frequently is a must
