The HR Associate is responsible for recruiting talented candidates, and providing support in other HR related matters when needed.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
Administrative duties and record keeping
Ensure that the open vacancies are closed within 3 months of receiving the job requisition.
Prepares periodic reports, updates the recruitment dashboards and presents dashboards to Sr. HR Manager.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
Maintain good relations with manpower agencies, and look for best options
Source the best methods to recruit, and apply accordingly
Place job advertisements, where necessary in association with recruitment agencies
Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests.
Send out offer letters and terms and conditions of employment to successful applicants.
Advise line managers with best fitting profiles
Organize the onboarding process
Ensure to follow AI recruitment policies & procedures
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in HR of which at least 3 years of managing the recruitment.
