Support the implementation of the annual HR plan.
Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives.

Implement new employee orientation program, in coordination with recruitment specialist.
Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotions/career paths and grading scale.
Assist with implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies.
Coordinate implementation of the performance management system.
Conduct exit interviews.
Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale.
