Job Description
-2+ years of current restaurant general management experience in a fast casual, family, or casual dining environment -Meeting or exceeding cost of goods goals set by Beverage Director -Purchasing and receiving spirits, beer, wine, NA beverages, and bar consumables -Working with General Manager to keep high standards of beverage program -Bar inventory – per week -Willingness to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required. -General maintenance and cleanliness of bars, beer cooler, and liquor storage -Supervises, monitors and participates in bar and restaurant service operations -Regularly interacts with guests to ensure quality experience, handle special requests, answer questions and/or resolve problems -Opens and/or closes the restaurant, using established checklists -Implements new hire and on-going training programs for service staff -Implements marketing and promotion strategies as directed -Performs various operational/admin functions such as: conducting pre-shifts and line checks, processing server checkouts, preparing staff schedules
