Responsible for Honeywell’s Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Bahrain primarily for HCP Base sales (OTS, APC, etc.), but also for partial HCP digital business sales around selected Honeywell’s latest enterprise performance management solution “Honeywell FORGE for Industrial” (80:20).
Understand and evolve Honeywell solutions and build value propositions
Understand client’s individual powermap of stakeholders, needs, budgeting process, procurement process, competitive landscape.
Assess, identify, and develop potential client opportunities across Honeywell’s KSA and Bahrain client base
Develop new, mature existing, and cross sell opportunities and turn them into optimal projects (close opportunities)
Develop successful closing strategies for the opportunities.
Develop a proven, balanced, reliable HCP pipeline and forecast (monthly, quarterly) across industries and assigned geography;
Get along with HCP Operations and HPS account managers to ensure there is alignment between the sales needs
Get along with Honeywell’s business partners such as consulting companies to drive growth and increase market share
Bachelor’s degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master’s degree / equivalent, with some experience.
An extensive knowledge of (sales)
Excellent team and communication skills
Being completely self-motivated
An ability to influence across a broader organization
An ability to exercise independent judgment
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Extensive experience in selling (industrial) products
Deep technical expertise
Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
