About the role
Assists Front of House Duty Supervisor in HIA Lounge to organise resources effectively and co-ordinate necessary activities efficiently, create a productive and risk free operation on shift basis. To provide effective leadership and promote positive teamwork within the department which they are assigned to.
Key accountabilities include:
Participate in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures [SOP] relevant to unit in which the employee is assigned.
Communicate effectively with all areas of the operations, ensuring that customer receive 5-star QR services as promised.
Conduct and be actively involved in daily team briefings and updates.
Ensure visual appearance of the operational is of the highest standard by regular monitoring areas they are responsible for.
Liaise and build positive relationships with other internal departments and external agencies where applicable.
Manage conflict resolution and facilitate service recovery situations with guest.
Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained per shift.
Actively promote positive teamwork within colleagues.

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum of High School Graduation
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
High level of versatility and to be able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people.
Able to perform duties under pressure whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service standards.
Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote positive team working environment
Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
