Role Summary:
The incumbent will Prosepect and Search for Branches locations

Role Description:
Assist the Head of Branches Distribution in developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve pre-agreed volume and revenue/ profit targets for the branches business.
Ensure that all issues reported by internal or external auditors are resolved on a timely basis.
Liaise with all departments that have a stake and related to Branches Services in order to yield a better service to clients.
Discuss conditions and Rent Amounts with landlords and location owners.
Act as intermediaries in price negotiations between QNB and Landlords.
Collect appropriate Branches Locations documentation from landlords and Location owners.
Respond to issues raised by landlords and location owners and work on solving them on a timely basis.
Establish and develop working relationships with landlords and location owners
Maintain landlords and location owners’ records and always update in order to have accurate information, terminals and outlets.
Provide a continuous branches Report and on demand.
Apply standard practices & techniques and directly contribute the achievement of Branches target and strategy expantion.
Constantly prospect and search for best practice locations in order to enhance business.
Have a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in their communities.
Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include executing special missions upon the request of the Head of ATMs.

Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking Feild or Similar Sales Experience.
