The incumbent will primarily assist in assuring of proper QNB brand implementation by performing all necessary coordinating functions to carry out all brand audits based programs. The incumbent will follow-up on issues identified on past QA brand review to ensure such issues are resolved / acted upon.
Assist in setting, managing and controlling corporate brand compliance and assurance related budgets.
Maintain regular contact with Department officers and coordinators to ensure full integration and fit of Quality Assurance and Corporate Branding goals and objectives with Business goals and objectives.
Maintain adequate supply levels of display and merchandising material and arranges distribution to branches, ATM locations and other outlets, ensuring consistency with established corporate brand standards is maintained. Also, prepare requisitions for replenishment of supplies.
Assist in Maintaining and tracking the record of annual brand audit “domestically & internationally”.
Implement and conduct scheduled QNB branches/ offices visits for checking proper usage of brands and images (i.e., logos, merchandising items, stationeries, collateral, etc.,)
Compile and list customers’ branding related requirements, and raise it to the management for further course of action.
List audit findings and prepare corrective action form for each brand visit.
Follow-up process which ensures that issues identified on past QA brand review cycles are followed-up and the status of such issues and positioning are resolved/acted upon.
Perform any other function as directed by the Senior Quality Assurance and Head of Quality Assurance.
Possess knowledge of integrated quality assurance techniques and how to select and apply the use of them to meet the organization’s objectives.
Identify areas for professional development of self and all direct reports, and act to enhance professional development of self and others.
Maintain an understanding of all pertinent regulations as well as best practices pertaining to the overall operations of the Group.
Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Communication, PR or related subjects.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a major bank in marketing – quality assurance function.
