Position Description:
We are seeking a Production Director to join the Media Production Division of the Corporate Communication Support Department.
The Media Production Division is responsible for developing high quality, creative audio visual content that promotes Saudi Aramco and its affiliates to internal and external stakeholders around the world. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of high-quality event films, internal communications videos, social media content, promotional films, and documentaries.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in a media related field from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is not essential, but is preferred.
You will have at least ten years of experience in producing and/or directing in a high-end corporate, broadcast or agency production environment, delivering projects across a range of industry sectors.
You will have experience in writing and developing scripts and creative production treatments to the highest level.
You will have a track record in successfully working with a broad range of project stakeholders.
You will have a proven ability to constructively receive, distill, and implement feedback is essential.
You need to demonstrate an ability to successfully execute production assignments and lead production crews under difficult conditions, often in remote areas, in accordance with local customs and regulations.
You will have experience in working with single- and multi-camera production crews as well as researching, sourcing, and directing actors, extras, models and voice-over artists.
You must have the ability to undertake risk assessments and have an excellent awareness of health and safety issues.
You will have extensive knowledge of professional cameras and video formats, support equipment, and production techniques.
You will have a complete understanding of the post-production process: job functions and responsibilities, nonlinear editing systems, sound and graphics operations, as well as workflow and timescales.
You will have an excellent knowledge of licensing, copyright, and clearance procedures.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have the ability to collaborate and inspire those around you.
You must have excellent copy writing skills.
You will be able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Work in close consultation with project stakeholders to communicate and manage project aims and objectives.
Write, develop, produce, and direct a wide range of video productions across all company operations.
Supervise personnel in all phases of production and post-production tasks from project planning to final program approval and delivery.
Ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.
