Project Officer – CMS Support – BAE SYSTEM , Saudi Arabia

Your Main Responsibilities
Support and administer the necessary Company processes and activities to provide a forward positioned on base service in support of:
Timesheets
Overtime
Night Allowance Payments
Temporary Duty Assignments
CMS Organisation Management (BAMD Reporting, Customer Organisation Change Approvals)
Manpower Supply Chain activities (PVF, HRCN, Customer Organisation & People Approvals)
The service for all processes will provide:
On Base Forward positioned system administration/delivery/collection service
A controlled and auditable document processing and storage system
A checking and quality control system to provide timely feedback when discrepancies and/or errors need addressing to ensure unnecessary delays are minimised
Recording and management of documents through the various approving agencies
Reporting on document processing activity
A single point of contact for all queries
Support and administer an on base forward positioned service in support of employee administrative requirements including, but not limited to:
Leave Application and Balance enquiries
Employment/reference letters
Support and administer an on base forward positioned service in support of general operational administrative requirements
General:
Develop, under supervision, project management tools and procedures to support improvements to personnel and operational support services delivered to the CMS Team.
Identify and work to achieve meaningful and practical objectives in the course of duties that reflect and satisfy the overall needs of the section and wider business.
Understand and strive to exceed the expectations of internal/external Customers and stakeholders.
Understand how the business performs, its operating procedures and deliverables, in order to achieve objectives associated with the role.
Support, co-operate with, and work with others in order to achieve common goals and objectives.

Any other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate by the business.
Familiar with, and can apply, a range of interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external to the company.
Have an understanding of the BAE Systems Saudi Arabia business, policies and procedures or an ability to develop this quickly.
Your Skills & Qualifications
Hold level 1 Project Management Qualifications
Have a minimum 2 years experience in a related role
