Job Description
Receive visitors at the reception desk, greet and welcome as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.).
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with the company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Update calendars and schedule meetings, to manage the meeting room availability
Provide administrative support, processing requests, updating records.
Maintain a pleasant and professional working relationship with his superiors, peers, internal and external customers at all times.

Skills
High School or diploma is preferred.
2+ years of Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar job role.
Good communication skills.
Familiar with MS-Office applications
