The customer service representative is the first point of contact for claiming with Enaya Insurance and claims customer service
As a customer service representative, you will need to:
Take inbound calls and handle/solve customer queries and issues.
Transfer the inbound call to supervisor when it’s required.
Handle calls in line with Call Centre protocols and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure data is entered correctly into systems and all data requirements are captured.
Send Knpay links for the customers.
Claim registration for individuals & corporate.
Communicate the required inquiry with other departments.
Issuing the subs car order to provider.
Answer customer’s queries regarding subs car.
Perform outbound calls for collection, introduction to enaya or any other requested jobs.
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
High School / Diploma
