Regional Planning & Fulfillment Manager – ABB , Dubai, UAE

Your responsibilities
Designing and deploying initiatives and projects, in lining with the EL operations strategy, for improving the customer On Time Delivery, Lead Time and Inventory position
Supporting the development and deployment of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) program within the region. Ensuring that the local units get trained and supporting them by defining the specific local process. Ensuring that S&OP blueprint is implemented, the S&OP meets the required standard, and a maturity improvement plan is implemented
Coaching and leading the deployment of inventory management best practices in the region and establishing support and maintain inventory management, processes and guidelines across all units.
Being accountable for the finished products inventory across the region and for local / regional distribution centers achieving their budget objectives for Inventory Turns
Coaching and training the local units in the development and deployment of a short-term planning process, connecting S&OP plan with execution and ensuring the perfect execution of customers’ orders on time, with lowest possibly level of inventory
Coaching and training the local units in developing detailed gap analyses across the organization and provides solutions to reach expected customer service levels at optimized inventory levels by utilizing L6S and Value Stream Mapping and Planning and Fulfillment best practices
Leading/contributing to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, forecast accuracy and resource utilization. Using lean 6 sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborating with other functions in the end-to-end supply chain
Your background
More than 10 years of experience in planning or inventory management roles and/or a relevant experience in commercial operations
Must be fluent in English communication
knowledge of Power BI and of MS Office: Excel (advanced), Word, Access.
knowledge of SAP modules: SD, MM, MRP and APO
A Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field, MBA Degree would be an advantage
Sound knowledge of inventory optimization and forecasting systems (e.g. JDA, Anaplan, etc.)
Must possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, visualizing the result and develop alternative solutions, must have outstanding communication skills, including executive presentation skills, able to inspire trust and quickly build credibility
