Perform Administrative, Clerical, and Secretarial duties for the HVCE Division; this involves attending correspondence with suppliers and customers, Telephone calls, and maintaining the Computerized and Manual filing system.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Office Management or related fields; Secondary education is acceptable with adequate relevant experience.
2 – 3 years in similar jobs.
Computer Skills (Microsoft office).
Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English skills.
Quick & Accurate typing skills in both Arabic & English.
Courteous, Cooperative, Polite, and maintains confidentiality.
Organized and Time managed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Types Office correspondences and Memos; prepare necessary Quotations, Requests, and letters, as instructed by the Division Manager and Sales Executives.
Follow up on received/sent emails and faxes.
Attend Telephone calls of Heavy Vehicles Division and handles them in a proper manner.
Maintain the files and records of the Heavy Vehicles Division and keep them in proper order for easy retrieval and secures their confidentiality.
Administer the Filing system of correspondence.
Maintain and update the yearly registration & insurance records of leased vehicles; keep the Division Head updated.
