Understanding customer requirements and responding to queries.
Expanding business opportunities by identifying prospects and developing relationships.
Negotiating with clients on quotations.
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers by providing support, information and guidance.
Gathering market and customer information and keeping database up to date.
Responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries and directing all customer complaints to management in an efficient manner.
Creating monthly sales report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and forward to supervisor for review.
