Design and develop processes and documentation as an Instructional Technologist (IT) to ensure compliance to the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process, including ensuring correct instructional techniques are implemented consistently throughout the corporation
Coordinate the review, maintenance, and revision of Job and Task Analyses associated with accredited training programs to ensure compliance with procedural and accreditation requirements.
Support staff in applying SAT processes into training program development, implementation, and assessment to ensure World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) standards and accreditation requirements are met.
Lead, review, and conduct periodic assessments of Training accredited training programs to verify compliance with SAT processes and expectations.
Review training lesson plans, student handouts, presentations, and assessment tools to ensure compliance with Training procedures.
Guide Training personnel on the development and maintenance of training program lesson material and assessment tools to ensure compliance with Training procedures and expectations.
Design and develop processes to verify and maintain instructor qualifications to minimize the need to hire additional instructors and to ensure compliance with Training procedures requirements.
Develop, schedule, and implement initial and continuing training programs for Training instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish and maintain instructor competency.
Verify data from instructor observations is gathered to provide input into the design and content of instructor continuing training.
Oversee and monitor the consistent application of training procedures, processes and industry guidance to ensure alignment.
Plan, schedule, implement and participate in department benchmarking and self-assessments to improve training process effectiveness.

Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities.
Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.
Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Education, or related Science.
5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in the use of SAT process.
