Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems hardware and software to provide problem resolution, problem diagnosis and solutions in a service center environment; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly professional manner.
Provide logistical and administrative support for the Service Support Branch.
Interacts with customers via telephone
Create tracking matrix to document customer experience
Submit Weekly SITREP, Monthly MPE and other requested reports
Ensures the validity and accuracy of the work orders when entered in the work order tracking database.
Performs quality control checks on all completed work orders.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Smart Card.
2-3 years related experience customer service, IT and administrative experience
Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal
Advanced PC technical support skills
CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
Must be computer literate and proficient using latest Microsoft Office application
Must be familiar with database application programs
Pursuant to KRH subcontract English competency levels:
Reading ability – level 3
Speaking ability – level 3
Writing ability – level 3
