As the business expands, we are excited to announce that we have multiple opportunities to join our Cargo Customer Services Team in Frankfurt on a temporary contract as a Senior Cargo Customer Services Agent (Cluster Cargo Billing) (until October 2022) . The role includes:
Providing exceptional customer service support to our clients to enable the station to meet and exceed the set cargo targets and coordinate potential service recovery to enhance customer experience.
Identifying needs and suggesting strategies to improve cargo customer service performance for the station and managing booking requests from agents/customers using Qatar Airways Cargo system and GHA input.
Ensuring that notifications are sent officially on cargo arrival information to freight forwarders / agents/ direct customers.
Act as a supervisor for the cluster cargo billing, i.e. oversee export billing and perform various stock transactions (i.e. issue/transfer/blacklist/un-blacklist/creation).
Reconcile the data reported in the sales reports compared to the data in operations and revenue accounting system via CROAMIS
Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure accuracy and completeness of data in Cargo system.
Dropping hot files in IATA CASS before deadline.
Filing of seasonal rates in the Revenue Accounting System.
Daily exceptions management and assist in Month end closure processing.

Qualifications
About you
Minimum of a High School Qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience or airfreight customer service
Working knowledge of cargo products and processes
Knowledge of cargo reservations systems preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English
Has the current legal right to live and work in Germany
