Job Description
Improve the competency framework for project management disciplines within Nawah and enable the assessment of all project personnel against this framework. Grow and deliver the offering for professional development through training, mentoring and coaching programs.
Project Management Competency Framework

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Improve the existing Project Management Competency Framework such as technical competencies; behavioral competencies and general competencies to embed emerging trends in Project Management and Best Practices.
Improve the competencies level associated with the career ladder for Project Management Practitioners to support their professional development.
Project Personnel Assessments
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Refine the framework for Project Personnel Assessments based on lessons learned to ensure assessments results enable corrective actions where required.
Schedule and monitor the conduct of the Assessments to ensure every project is assessed during its lifecycle.
Report to Senior Management on the current level of Project Management Capability to enable Strategy Execution.
Professional Development

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Recommend further elements based on the current formalized training program for Project Management Practitioners to complement the offering.
Improve the coaching and mentoring program for Project Management Practitioners, with focus on Emiratization to ensure Project Management practices maturity in Nawah and development of Emirati Youth.
Participate in the growth and development of the Project Management Community of Practice to enable knowledge sharing internally.
Deliver training, webinars, coaching, mentoring sessions, and any other offering outlined in the training program in accordance to the formalized training program for Project Management Practitioners.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by eliminating waste, following operations procedures, practicing innovation, problem solving, and teamwork; complying with Quality Management System policies and procedures; providing and receiving constructive feedback, and striving to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Bachelor’s Degree in General Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management or Similar
5 years of relevant experience
