Job Purpose
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all events, activities and in-stadium activations within assigned regions / EK Group business units, ensuring alignment to event requirements in terms of objectives, deadlines and budget. Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners and maintain oversight of administrative and logistical components and resources required to successfully deliver events in line with market, regional or global briefs and campaigns.

Job Outline:
– Responsible for the design and delivery of events, activities and Sponsorships and Events activations at the actual event.
– Ensure the successful delivery of events, activities, and activations (inc. crew, graphics, etc.) based on the requirements (budget, time, objectives) set by Global Brand, Regional CCMB Teams, or internal Business Units.
– Ensure close alignment with the Manager Marketing Communications’ (MMC) brief, and the overall Marketing Operations plan.
– Define and source resource requirements (internal, or external) required to ensure successful delivery of allocated events, activities, or activations.
– Utilise company resources appropriately (financial and non-financial) to the optimal benefit of the EK Group, maintaining documented budgets and ensuring ongoing focus on cost management
– Ensure Sponsorship and Events activities and activations meet the agreed SLA’s and brand standards.
– Oversee and manage the successful delivery of tasks that are delegated to internal or external support parties (e.g. Admin team, external Agencies), escalating any risks as appropriate and ensuing these are documented as appropriate.
– Advise and guide outstations prior to any event in order to establish local requirements and expectations, and if necessary to instruct compliance with corporate strategy and image.
– Identify best practice guidelines to share with wider Sponsorships and Events team to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Marketing & Media Communications : 5+ Years
– Degree preferably in Marketing or equivalent or in a relevant field.
– Experience in Marketing management in a multinational company handling sponsorships and events.
– Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in order to manage high volumes and tight deadlines.
– Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage a variety of issues and prioritise objectively.
– Supervisory skills are also required in order to effectively organise suppliers and resources during an event to get the best results.
