Job Summary
To play critical part in manpower planning and recruitment activities ensuring most effective and efficient sourcing of CVs. Working in Kuwaitization Programs will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Play critical role in manpower planning and crafting Recruitment Strategy
Manage mass recruitment of all vacancies on Applicant Tracking System and external job boards
Arrange and plan specific Recruitment Trips to overseas locations
Search, pre-screen and present shortlisted CV’s to the Hiring Manager
Maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers and act as a consultant to their recruiting needs
Initiate, and maintain relationships with External Recruitment Agency for Mass Recruitment
Manage interview schedules for both local and overseas candidates. This will include preparation and co-ordination of interview schedules and co-ordination of events on the day
Offer management and negotiation with candidates.
Manage on-boarding of candidates to ensure a smooth transition to Kuwait and the company
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and submit timely Reports.

Candidate Requirements
Demonstrated analytical ability
Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Good supervisory, coaching and project management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization
Ability to use latest Sourcing Techniques like LinkedIn and other Social Networking Tools
